Antenna Pointing and Alignment ToolNew on the Tools page is a tool for obtaining the angles required for pointing your antenna at your desired satellite. Simply, select the satellite from the drop down list, set your location by entering the town, country or zip/postcode or even by entering the latitude and longitude separated by a comma, then press 'Return'. Drag the map, zoom in and out and move the antenna marker to suit.
 
The Tool gives you the Latitude and Longitude of the antenna marker, the elevation and azimuth required to point at the satellite and also the LNB skew angle for the chosen satellite...

Introduction
Satellite delivered multimedia has become an established service in the USA, Korea and Japan while Europe is foraying ahead in developing this technology to enable new application in this area. The evolution of satellite technology has led to the exciting possibility of providing multimedia communications to people on the move via satellite and several systems are in advanced stages of implementation.
New technical standards have been developed in ETSI and DVB to be published with associated guidelines by May 2008 hence setting the scene for new implementation and applications by 2009.

This exciting forum will provide the perfect platform for discussing path-breaking technology, implementation of new standards and the challenges associated with their potential applications for Mobile Multimedia via Satellite.
