i have dreambox 500s motorised sat system my problem is ive set it up using thor as they say its the best.im 4w 55n.ive locked onto thor with strong signal saved ans scanned and is fine when i try to get any others ie hotbird astra i need to tilt the sat dish then i cant get thor or any others used sat meter etc everything straight and level any ideas of problem thanks

Hi, have you got a polar mount? I recommend reading the following:

This is a common problem if you are trying to use a polar mount as a standard az and el mount. You will need to set the arc of the mount to correspond with the geostationary arc in order to view the other satellites. This could be your problem.
