Hi my name is maurice barriga and i need help about a voice/data multiplexer from the disapeared PCSI model cs8000. The problem is that the equipments are password protected in the configuration mode and the manual has no advice about how to break the password.

If anyone know how to access to the config mode or how to reset the password, please contact me!

Hi, I have problem also, anybody know how to access and communicate with the control Console into PCSI CS8000 Mux. It's did not response. Please help me!!

Was this previously working or is this the first time you have tried to talk to it?

Do you have the manuals? Are you sure you have the cabling correct? I can send you the cables appendix of the manual if you need it (about 800k PDF) the main manual is about 50M so needs to go to an ftp directory somewhere for you to download. Let me know if any of this assists you.
