Has anyone had good experience using this device or any others of their products?  Currently using Comtech but not happy with the firmware patches that aren't thoroughly tested.  It seems like the customer becomes the beta tester for their new firmware.  Trying to get away from this type of issue.

Unfortunately, you cannot find reviews for products like these.

Any information would be well appreciated.

Hi. I haven't used that particular device but have used other Paradise modems, SSPA's and converters and have been happy with performance.

I haven't had firmware problems with Comtech either - what in particular have you found?

Paradise sell some really good products these days. The PD25 has improved a lot and the new range of modems and SSPAs / SSPBs are well worth a look. They also sell LNAs and LNBs and all at prices that are competitive.

In my experience, paying top dollar as it were for a renowned manufacturers products does not mean that there will not be any issues.
