Satcoms UK gets a New Look for 2015

It's long overdue but work has finally started on a major update to the Satcoms UK website.

The forums will be updated soon and new content will be added throughout the summer.

The oldest content (which still looks like it did before) will be removed, replaced or updated so that the site is more accessible and you can find the information you are after quickly.

This will take time as we also have full time jobs and families so please be patient.

We apologise for any inconvenience, hard to read or missing information but promise to check every page in due course to ensure the site is fully updated.

Many thanks for your understanding and continued support.

Satcoms UK TV is now up and running. Mobile users (including tablets) need to manually start playing the TV channel as this is a function of mobile devices to avoid high data charges. New videos are added as we find them and you'll notice the video continues where you left it as you browse the site (soon for mobiles too). Pop up screens are also available under the TV as for the twitter feed.
Our next focus is on updating the content and bringing back a new version of the satellite broadcasting simulator. This will be a link budget driven TV channel (or channels) that only works if the link budget is correctly set up.
