Hello All,

We have installed iDirect 15050 Series Hub (5IF) and want to configure for internet services (already doing data network), i need to know what steps needed to run internet services, i mean what kind of configurations needed on PP,NMS, UpStream Router or remote side(s).

Is internet acces part of your iDirect contract? As I understand it, iDirect control all aspects of the system they produce so I would think that you need to either contact iDirect for assistance or the service provider you are currently using for your current iDirect service.
 
It would be a simple matter to add Internet to your existing service I would think, but it is not something that can be done without the assistance of the service provider.
